The Midorihamono All Purpose Knife is made with VG-10 steel, with a tsuchime (hammer mark) finish which shows how exquisitely each knife is in itself, a work of art. Aside from its aesthetic uniqueness, the hammer marks prevents food particles from sticking on the side of the knife. The All Purpose Knife is safe to use with fish, meat and vegetables. The blade is strong against rust and easy to sharpen, (180 mm) 7” in length.
Care: Preferably hand wash, wipe dry. Apply Camellia oil, keeps longevity of knife life. Oil sold separately.
