This is a 210mm Shigefusa (Suminagashi) Kitaeji Gyuto with traditional handle. I'm throwing in a free 3oz bottle of Camelia oil for maintenance. Definitely not dishwasher-safe. Handwash with water and soap. Wipe dry, prior to storage.
Shipping fee is only for within the USA, if international, please message me first. It will incur additional fees. I only ship via USPS Priority mail with insurance and signature required, which the buyer will have to pay. Once, it leaves the US, it's out of my hands and control. I will provide the tracking number but the buyer will have to take it from there.
