The blade for the chef knife is thin and beveled on both sides to be able to slice meat and fish smoothly.
The blade’s cutting edge is special alloy steel (mixed with silver steel) laminated to stainless steel. These rust-resistant knives hold an edge for a long time and are easy to sharpen. The handles are made of laminated wood. The blades are beveled on both sides and the handles are made of laminated wood. Preferably hand wash and wipe dry after each use. Apply Camellia oil (available for purchase separately) for maintenance.
